LOCAL MUSIC!? LOCAL MUSIC!

So, some friends of mine are in a band called Lyluth. They're awesome. I'm not just saying this because some of the members are my friends, I loved them long before I met the drummer and bassist at my college, or I shot the shit with their vocalist at White Castle on the day of the WoW: Cataclysm lauch. (I devoured 20 White Castle burgers and then went home and played WoW all night.)

Basically what happened was I saw something on Facebook about a metal show at a nearby arcade/hangout. I looked in my wallet, saw $8 and said "Why the hell not?" and wandered on over. What happened next would blow my mind. They proceeded to play a set that would melt my FACE off. I also got donkey-kicked in the balls by a hardcore dancer so hard when I looked up he saw murder in my eyes and skittered off like the bitch he was. The bassist and I refer to this moment as "the worst moment of [my] life." I almost vomited.

So, if you like, as it says on their Facebook "progressive/melodic/death metal" give them a listen. Here's the only video on their YouTube page.

I just hope they'll still want to hang out with me when they're touring with Opeth and shit in the near future. I know you'll make it, dudes.

    I'm not big fan of being donkey kicked in the nuts and i'm not alone on this one hahaha the cold sweat, the nausea, unable to move...yeah i'm not fond of that.

    I'm loving it. By the way I received an invitation to renew the subscription, do you recommend it? I left over 3/4 months ago.
